1 General Terms and Definitions

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the winbd website, mobile application, and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who is registered on or using winbd. "Bet" refers to placing money on sports betting or casino games.

winbd is an online betting and casino platform that serves Bangladeshi users in both Bengali and English. The platform offers sports betting, live casino, slots, Teen Patti, and various other gaming services.

These Terms are published in both Bengali and English. In the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. winbd reserves the right to amend these Terms — notice of any changes will be posted on the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To register on winbd, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. All casino and betting activities are strictly for persons aged 21 and above.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• winbd may request identity documents or other supporting documents for account verification.
• The mobile number or email address provided must be active.

If any false or misleading information is provided during registration, winbd reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each user is fully responsible for their own account. It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials, password, and OTP confidential.

3.1 Login Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify winbd support immediately. If account credentials are shared with a third party, the user bears full responsibility for any consequences.

3.2 Account Transfer

Transferring or selling a winbd account to another person is strictly prohibited. An account is for the personal use of the registered individual only.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on winbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are available for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• If you have any issues with a deposit, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, winbd may request additional verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

winbd offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

5.1 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will result in account termination.
• winbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.2 VIP Program

winbd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, 0.8% for Platinum, and 1.0% for Diamond. The weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on net losses for that week.

6 Betting and Casino Specific Rules

The following rules apply when participating in winbd's sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services:

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless specific conditions are met.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the amount wagered on that bet may be refunded.
• In the event of a technical error in odds or results, winbd's decision shall be considered final.
• In a multi-bet, all selections must win; otherwise the entire bet is lost.

6.2 Casino Games

• Each game has its own rules and RTP, which are displayed within the game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, winbd will determine the outcome by reviewing the session history.
• In live casino, the dealer's decision shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbd platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Using an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).

If any of these activities are proven, the account will be immediately terminated and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8 Service Suspension or Termination

winbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these Terms is violated.
• If there is a risk that the account's security has been compromised.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• If documents requested for verification are not provided in time.
• During technical maintenance or upgrades.

In the event of account termination, winbd will assess the circumstances and decide on any refund of the remaining balance.

9 Limitation of Liability

winbd is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or faults in third-party services. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

winbd does not guarantee specific winnings in any game. Gaming and betting carry financial risk, and it is assumed that users participate with full awareness of that risk. winbd does not have full control over the operations of external service providers (game studios, payment gateways).

10 Privacy and Data Protection

winbd uses SSL encryption to keep user data secure. Payment information is not shared with third parties, though payment gateways are used to process transactions.

11 Responsible Gambling

winbd takes responsible gambling seriously. All betting and casino activities are for persons aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a way to solve financial problems.
